All families will need to visit the GP Bookstore once during its two day operation in order to receive student textbooks, locker assignments, class schedules, pre-ordered Classics to Keep, etc. Please enter through the gym lobby doors located on the north side of the building.
Students must cover all textbooks, and bring them back on the first day of school along with their schedule. Please see important information below regarding the Bookstore to make the process quick and smooth.
Please pay for your Consumables PRIOR to your arrival at Bookstore. Consumables include Glendale Prep published workbooks, field trip contributions, 9th-11th grade PSAT testing fees, etc. Note that consumables are separate from the Textbook Deposit and "Classics to Keep" books. Use the following link to pay for Consumables on the Glendale Prep Payment Portal: https://glendaleprep.configio.com/. If you are new to GP this school year, you may need to first create an account. This account will be used throughout the school year for various school events. If any of the included costs present a hardship for your family, please contact the front office.
Important note for Seniors: The Senior Contribution of $200 helps to pay for a portion of senior events such as senior dinner, senior retreat, graduation, etc.

Textbooks & Lockers
Textbooks will be issued to each student for use during the academic year at the Glendale Prep Bookstore. These books will remain the property of the school. A textbook deposit of $175 was collected at the time of registration, and is refunded when the student graduates. All books issued must be returned in good condition at the end of the school year. A book that is not returned or returned in unusable condition, will result in a deduction of the student's textbook deposit. All textbooks must have a textbook cover; this helps protect the book during the year. All students will also be provided with a combination lock for their school locker. Students will be given their locker assignments and lock combinations at the Bookstore. Any lost or damaged locks will require a replacement fee of $5.
Junior & Senior Blazers
Upperclassmen have the privilege of wearing the Glendale Prep Blazer on campus and in class. The Parent Service Organization (PSO) will be coordinating blazer fittings and orders at the Bookstore. Parents should plan on attending the fitting with their Junior or Senior to ensure the proper fit as orders and sizing are final. After August 4th, blazers will be unavailable to try on at the school. The PSO is contributing $50 towards the purchase of every blazer, bringing the final cost to families down from $89.95 to only $39.95. Please bring cash or check to the Bookstore for this purchase.
Immunizations and Medications
Our wonderful school nurses will be at the Bookstore to collect any updated immunization records, allergy information and medications that your child will need for the school year. If you have any questions please email our school nurse, Sher-Lyn Gaza-Dela Cruz at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Junior and Senior student drivers can use this link: https://glendaleprep.configio.com/pd/408/student-parking-permit-2018-19?returncom=productlist&source=search to purchase a parking spot on the payment portal. There are a limited amount of spaces, and spaces cannot be reserved without payment. An email was also sent with the link to pay and secure a spot. Juniors and Seniors last day to secure a onsite parking spot will be Tuesday, July 31st. Students will need to email a copy of the signed waiver, driver's license, and proof of insurance to Mrs. Mooberry at email@example.com, or you are welcome to bring them to the front office during summer office hours or the Bookstore. Parking decals will be distributed at the Bookstore. If the decal is lost a fee of $5 will incur to replace it.
